Terms of use

These terms cover your use of baachee.ai, including its product demos and the forms for booking a demo or leaving your interest. Work we do for clients is covered by a separate written agreement, such as a quote or statement of work; where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.

baachee.ai is run by BAACHEE, a Dutch company registered with the KvK under number 42082560 (BTW NL005480691B03).

The demos on this site run on sample data and show how our products work; they are not a live service for your data. You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose
• try to break, overload, scan or gain unauthorised access to the site, its APIs or our systems
• reverse engineer or copy the demos, designs or code
• upload malicious code, spam or harmful content through our forms
• misrepresent your identity or organisation

Booking a demo or sending an enquiry does not create an obligation for you or for us. We use the details you give us only to reply and to schedule the call, as described in our privacy statement.

Scope, price, delivery, support and the ownership of code, data and deliverables are agreed in writing per project. Our usual model is a one-time setup, iterations until you are satisfied and a small maintenance fee; the project agreement sets the actual terms.

AI-generated output, such as answers, reports, SQL, text and forecasts, can be wrong or incomplete. Review it before you rely on it or use it in production; our products keep a person in the loop for decisions that matter.

The content, design, logo and product names on this site belong to Baachee. You keep full ownership of any data you send us.

The website and demos are provided as they are, without warranties. To the extent Dutch law allows, Baachee is not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from your use of the website or demos.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
