A way to test an AI model where neither side can peek: the maker can't see the test questions, and the tester can't see inside the model.

A sealed exam for an apprentice: he doesn't see the assignment beforehand, and the examiner doesn't get to open his toolbox.
In your business
When a supplier shows great test scores for its AI, ask who ran the test and whether the maker could have seen the questions in advance.
